Questions

Frequently asked

Quick answers before visitors choose a product, service, or next step.

01How quickly can we start?+

Most engagements kick off within 7 business days of contract signature. Discovery calls usually happen the week of inquiry.

02Do you offer fixed-price scopes?+

Yes — for well-defined sprints. Open-ended retainers are billed monthly. Either way you see a clear scope and milestone plan before any invoice.

03Who actually does the work?+

A small senior team — no offshoring, no white-labelling. You will know everyone working on your project by name and meet them on the kickoff call.

04What does ongoing support look like after delivery?+

Each engagement includes 30 days of post-launch support. Optional retainers cover ongoing optimization, monthly reporting, and quarterly strategy reviews.

05How do you handle confidentiality and data?+

We sign NDAs at the discovery stage. Client materials live in a per-engagement workspace and are deleted on request after wrap-up.
